I experienced the same.  The setting of the interpreter has been missing.

Try the following:
- in konsole, say: "which gs" to find out where your ghostscript is installed 
(/usr/bin/gs in my case)

- in kghostview, go to "Configure KGhostview", item "Ghostview" 

- enter the path you found out above into the field "interpreter".

That did the trick for me.
