Help! kde3.1beta1 kdegraphics "An error occurred while loading the KViewViewer KPart"

Additional information for my previous post.
Something seems to be wrong with my ~/.kde directory.
When I choose "skip and hold" at "kpersonalizer" which appears first run
of KDE, kview works fine.
and When I configure my locale (japanese) and minimum setting with kpersonalizer
at that stage, kview does not work - just pop up error-message window
and abort.
I now have found a workaround - create another user account just for
kview, which hold kview-working ~/.kde directory.
and then
# xhost +localhost
# su - foobar
# export DISPLAY=:0
# kview
this works fine.
May be of no use, I attach diffs (works fine and does no work) of ~/.kde directory.
