kmail: sending/receiving messages in HTML

Not to fan the fires more, but what I believe most users don't like is when a 
simple text message gets sent with HTML, some with no formating at all, or 
with horrible backgrounds and colours. HTML Mail has a role, but should only 
be used as required, not by default. Thanks,
