I hope you can help me. I am trying to get "Kdiff3" added to my company's "Company Portal", a program that contains a list of officially-approved software that all employees can download and install. I submitted it to the department that handles the Company
 Portal and it has gone up through the approvals, but they are now asking for a W-8 form (<a href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf" target="_blank">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf</a>) and I have no idea what to enter for some of the fields on that form.</div>
