I'm having a frustrating issue with KDE Plasma and I couldn't find a solution yet.</div>

I have a dual monitor setup, and both screens are set to "Folder View" layout. However:</div>

<div role="presentation" style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em;">I <b>can't move icons/files between the desktops</b> (for example, from the primary screen to the secondary one).</div>

<div role="presentation" style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em;">I <b>can't drop or paste files</b> onto the desktop from a USB stick or external hard drive.</div>

<b>not shortcuts</b>, and there are <b>no permissions or security issues</b> with them.</div>

<div role="presentation" style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em;">The behavior persists after rebooting and even with different devices.</div>

I’ve checked system settings, folder permissions, and plasma settings but haven’t found any workaround so far. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated I’m stuck and don’t know what else to try 😞</div>
