QtWebEngine cannot be built under MinGW. That does not imply that other <br>
packages cannot be built under MinGW.<br>
<br>
What we could do is to add a note that says "if you need QtWebEngine, please <br>
note that MinGW is not supported <link to QTBUG>.<br>
