<DIV>When I run bovo, its says “iconv.dll not found”</DIV>
<DIV>I then delete bovo and install bovo via the above mentioned
installer.</DIV>
<DIV>When I then run bovo, it still says “iconv.dll not found.</DIV>
<DIV>What am I doing wrong?</DIV>
