<div>There is work in progress to provide dbus installations as standalone package or bundled with an application on Windows. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92080. Version 2.18 of the umbrello installer [1] will have a bundled dbus-daemon providing an install path limited session bus, which is separated from the main session bus. An alternative will be to install a standalone dbus package [2] which can be used by single KDE applications installed by a separate installers. Each KDE application can be configured to use the bundled dbus or the standalone.</div>
