<div id="article209938">Hello,<br>I am trying to install KDE on
Windows XP. I am behind a proxy server. I tried every possible
configuration (IE connection settings, Firefox connection settings and
manual proxy settings) but every time it hangs up.<br><br>The log file shows:<br><br>[2011-12-28

<div id="article209948">It appears that the KDE Windows installer
can't use a proxy at the moment - as it appears to fail downloading it's
list of mirrors. I would suggest sending an email to <a href="mailto:kde-windows@kde.org">kde-windows@kde.org</a> regarding this.</div>
