Hi,<br><br>on Windows i use Snarl, a notification System worth supporting.<br>

 would be cool if there would be a way to forward the system 
notifications (from Amarok, for example) to one of the APIs listed here:

<br>Also, i have to start applications under admin rights: Is this on 
the bug list or is it nigh-impossible to run KDE totally in Windows
