</div>You haven't written which version of dbus are you using - it is the<br>
number after dbus-msvc-<numbers>.<br>

And it is very important not to mix mingw and msvc - i suggest to unpack<br>
dbus-msvc.xxx-bin.tar.bz2 into a seperate directory and run<br>

set DBUS_VERBOSE=1<br>
dbus-launch<br>

</div>from that bin subdirectory and send the result to this list.<br>
