After Shane King and some others fixed some last issues with phonon I<br>can now present Amarok on Windows (compiled with mingw compiler) as a<br>single self extracting installer package. You can download it from the<br>mirror[1] below, and it should work right away.
<br><br>It is not intended for bug tracking though - you can rebuild amarok at<br>any time with the kde-windows emerge tool[2]. This snapshot is more like<br>a first preview - and a presentation of the current state of the project.
<br><br>And of course Amarok is one of the applications that are missed already<br>for a long time on windows - since there is no equivalent application.<br><br>To put it right in here already:<br>The collectionscanner is not working, even though it starts.
