compile semantik for windows

hi

I read about craft but i am a complete beginner.
Can somebody help me or tell me how to compile semantik (https://waf.io/semantik.html) for windows?
I have installed craft, python an visual studio as here https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows
i have downloaded semantik source code

but what to do next now??
