STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. craft sqlcipher (or any app dependent on sqlcipher)

OBSERVED RESULT

The package isn't installed, there's an output instead:

EXPECTED RESULT

Windows: Windows10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As you can see, I'm using minGW (VS compiler didn't work for me)
