Oversized UI under Windows 10?

Hello,

We've been getting report of over-sized UI in Windows 10 for KStars:

That includes toolbars, windows, even the drawing canvas. Is this some DPI
setting issue? should we explicitly add DPI scaling options in KStars? We
never encountered this before.
