Unable to install Plasma Windows distro

Hi Team!!!!,
I'm unable to install the plasma version 4.10.2 for my windows. Is there
any tutorial on how to install it? I'm getting stuck at choosing the
packages for the version I choose to install. There are no version visible
to me and I see finish page after I click on the next button on the select
packages page. I hope to hear from you soon.
