You  could try to replace
https://github.com/KDE/craft-blueprints-kde/blob/master/libs/qt5/qtwebkit/qtwebkit.py#L116
with a ifdef depending on the version to use either Qt5CorePackageBase or
cmake.
But then you are in uncharted territory.
