Status of Qt 5.8 in Emerge?

Hello,

Any news on Qt 5.8 support on Windows? I really want to compile against
this so I can compile KStars _without_ the zombie bug on exist (
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366596) which is a show-stopper for us
on Windows!

I _believe_ this issue is fixed Qt 5.8 so I tried emerging today but I
repeatedly get this error:
