I am encountering this problem as well on Windows 7 Professional (32-bit).  I
tried downloading installer on Windows using Firefox and Chrome (HTTP), as well
as FileZilla (FTP).  Files retrieved using HTTP were truncated to approximately
1 MB.  File retrieved using FTP is correct size, but produces same error
message described above.  As a test, I tried downloading the file using same
apps on Linux system and resultant files had exact same issues.  So it seems
like something is wrong with your server(s).  Can someone confirm this and/or
advise when it will be fixed?  Thanks.
