problems running amarok

Hi, first of all sorry if this is not the right place to send this.
I cannot run amarok.
If running from the menu nothing seems to happen.
I am using windows 7 64bit, mingw 64 bit.
If I open a terminal and go to c:\kde\bin then running amarok gives the warning:
