Hi,
I've opened this bug in response to commit 1216072 which disables all
documentation building when compiling trunk sources.

I've opened the bug to track what we know about it and how to work around this
since several people are running into it.

So far I do not know much

There's apperantly an instability in Meinproc4 causing it to fail not
reproducably (if you call it twice with the same command that crashed you get
no crash) correct?

We belive the problem is with libxml2 or even win-iconv since it appeared
first around the time we switched libxml2 to use win-iconv?

Does building libxml2 from source help, as we suggested to some in IRC?

Regards
Andre
