Please, make a Kdbg build for MS Windows if possible

Since new kdbg 2.5 is KDE4 and gdb is ported to MS Windows, would be
possible to make a kdbg build for MS Windows?
Mingw, plus kdbg would be a nice C/C++ development tool for MS Windows.
Please try to make a build of Kdbg 2.5 for MS Windows if possible.
