Gstreamer/phonon on Windows

Continuing on this old thread, I made the gstreamer phonon backend work on
Windows (phonon from Qt 4.6.0).

After trying every single backend on Windows, I think this might be the good
one, although I need to do further testing. Although based on the Qt phonon,
I see no reason it wouldn't work for the KDE one.

The current patch vs. Qt 4.6.0-rc phonon is available at
http://gitorious.org/mythq/mythq/trees/master/contrib
I used the gstreamer for Windows binaries available at
http://www.gstreamer-winbuild.ylatuya.es/doku.php
Tested with the qmediaplayer coming from the Qt demos.
