KTorrent on windows moves to trunk

A couple hours ago, the changes in the windows_port branch
(branches/ktorrent/windows_port) of ktorrent have been merged back to
trunk (trunk/extragear/network/ktorrent). As of now, any fixes done
for windows need to go into trunk, and they need to be cross platform.

This also means that as of now KT is ready to be distributed using the
windows installer. There are probably still bugs left, but with some
more eyes we should hopefully find them.
