kdepimlibs build error

I got some build errors with kdepimlibs which were caused by access to a 
private dpointer; it seems as if either this is not wanted or the source 
is still dirty. I added some code to get it running again, but I am not 
sure whether this is a good solution.
Can some have a look at this and if it is ok, I would commit it.
