Craig Drummond did some great job on libtaskmanager and he's also the author of IconTasks plasmoid. I talked a little about using some DockManager APIs for text-ui and looks like we got a spec extension (at least KDE-local for now). Here's the latest plasmoid supporting this and a test code.<div>
<br></div><div>The idea is to use overlay icon in taskbar for text-ui to better signalize that someone is typing. Then it can also show how many unread messages you have etc.</div><div><br></div><div>So get hacking :)<br clear="all">
