The library is currently using the namespace ktelepathy and that is<br>
also used as the name for common files and such. This is actually<br>
reasonably consistent: ktelepathyrc, ktelepathy.notifyrc,<br>
/usr/share/kde/ktelepathy<br>

This seems to be working quite well for internal uses.<br>
