For the steps mentioned in the above linked bug report, when I flushed<br>
my iptables rules after getting the delivery reports, some of the<br>
messages were successfully delivered to the other person almost two<br>
minutes after the delivery reports.<br>

Btw, Kopete adds an icon next to the messages it's sending/sending<br>
failed. It seems to work only in some of their own themes, though. Not<br>
even for all the ones that come with it. So yeah.<br>
