Hi, we responded to you yesterday already, you need to contact the upstream
Telepathy project, not us (http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/wiki/).

And note that there is already a link-local XMPP, which does exactly that
and we fully support it (http://xmpp.org/protocols/linklocal/).
