I can (change the default asignee), however you'll still receive two emails
for all the bugs you'll comment on.

As for the separation itself - I'm still not a fan of this. You will
receive the exact same amount of spam if you subscribe to the other mailing
list, others can simply do some filtering magic as the bugzilla mails are
clearly marked either by subject prefix or email headers.
