KDE Telepathy Test Tool

As mentioned in the meeting my testing tool is available here:

git at git.kde.org:scratch/davidedmundson/telepathy-test-tool

It will list online contacts, and let you start text/audio/video calls with
them.
It's not very good code, it's just bodged together from a few various
sources, but it seems to do the job fine.

Feel free to add features/patches, but don't waste time making it look
pretty.
