Hi,<br><br> I am having difficulties in logging into KDE.<br> When I try to login, the screen becomes blank for a minute and then returns back to login screen.<br> This is happening both with KDE-3.4.3 and KDE-4.0<br>
With GNOME, I am able to login without any problem.<br><br> So, I executed startkde from the GNOME login and I am getting the following errors:<br>googol:~> startkde<br>ld.so.1: kde4-config: fatal: libQtCore.so.4: open failed: No such file or directory<br>

/opt/kde/bin/startkde: qdbus: not found<br>startkde: Could not start D-Bus. Check your installation.<br><br> So, from this I make out that, I have to install libQtCore.so.4.<br> I couldn't find this file anywhere in the web. So, can somebody tell me where this file can be downloaded from?<br>
And could there be some more problem other than this?<br> Everything was working fine with kde-3.4.3 and suddenly one day it stopped working. I think KDE desktop got frozen and I did a hard reboot.<br> So, any tips on how to get this solved?<br clear="all">
