Do not privately message GSoC mentors or admins

This has diminished this year, thank goodness. However, some of you persist
in this behavior.

*Free software is made in the open*. We work in teams. If you want to
address the admins, do not email or PM me; email kde-soc-management at kde.org

If you want to talk with your mentor, message the *team* you want to work
with, on their mail list or IRC/matrix/telegram/chat channel.

We cannot effectively collaborate unless everyone is in the loop.

Students who continue to do this have been kicked out of the program in
some orgs; we have not done that.

Please don't make us consider that.
