<p>am fix this issue doing when crash while clone , i will go to
temp repo and enter the command "git svn fetch" it will resume
from last revision.</p>

the major points are a) you need the subversion repository
locally on your hard drive, not just an svn checkout, but the
actual svn repository files from the server. b) You write
rules about what belongs where in git if any paths need
splitting or stuff belongs in different git repositories. If
you're just migrating one project directly from one svn repo
to one git repo it's pretty straightforward.</div>
