The svn-all-fast-export tool doesn't support multiple SVN repos.<br>

You could convert each SVN repo to a separate Git repo, and then<br>
somehow merge the Git repos together, but I don't know exactly how to<br>
achieve that.<br>

Are you sure they are actually different SVN repositories, and not<br>
folders in a single repository?<br>
