I had to handle a tag created in a similar fashion by cvs2svn
for Konversation as well, the 0.15 tag. They key turned out to
be recurse. See konversation-rules in kde-ruleset.

Though this might not help here because IIRC I didn't have to
deal with individual files, just fixing up the directory hie-
rarchy.
