Good to hear that you're looking to get involved in bug triage. You seem to 
have the basic idea of bug triage, so you'll just need to get an account on 
bugs.kde.org and start looking through bugs.

Since you're interested in working on kaffeine in particular, you might want 
to ask the kaffeine maintainer (Christophe Thommeret - hftom at free.fr) if 
there's anything in  particular that you need to know about kaffeine.

If you have any other questions, just ask on the list, or feel free to drop 
into #kde-bugs on irc.freenode.net.
