Thanks. Forwarding to kde-print mailing list for further processing
(I retired as kdeprint developer). Cristian, Kurt, could you take care
of it?
Note: I stripped the PDF file and RPM package due to size limitation
Michael.

Subject: Re: pdfdistiller - CUPS PDF
Hallo Michael,
attached please find my actual version of the pdf-writer I developed
during a POC for a SLED10 customization in June.
I have implemeted a user mode, that the PDF will reside at "/home/<user
name>/PDF". By default user mode is off and the PDFs are created at
"/export/share/pdf". Depending on the user mode the PDF file names
differ.
For easy installation I created a pdf-writer rpm which will
automatically install a CUPS-PDF printer, when the rpm is installed. The
rpm also provides the free Adobe Distiller ppd file.
I hope you like my adaptions, after I finally found out that the initial
pdfdistiller was made by you!
Any suggestions are welcome.
FYI: I am working for Novell Consulting in EMEA and I am originally from
SUSE, but I do not work for SUSE R&D.
Best Regards,
Axel
