This "EHPNKB+Arial,Bold-Identity-H" is a "random" file name the
PDF-creating app (Adobe Distiller for Windows?) has used when
embedding a "subset" of the font "Arial-Bold" into the PDF.
Embedding "subsets" of fonts is almost always evil. Make your
customer always embed the *complete* font (and make him use
a threshold of "0" for embedding subsets...), especially if he
expects you to print from Linux-based hosts.
When creating PDFs with Distiller, this is one of the most
commonly encountered mistakes that leads to later problems.
