plasmoid-network-manager issue with vpn profile creation.

Hi,

After testing the latest PNM snapshot, I discovered a little issue concerning 
the vpn (and especially openvpn) config dialog.

Indeed, in the "Optional informations" tab, when checking/unchecking the Use 
defaults" or "only use the vpn connexion for these addresses", the associated 
text field doesn't get activated, and there is no way to set the wanted value.
