Phonon - Qt or KDE?

KUrl, yes (as QUrl is getting a re-write and will accomodate our needs). 
KIcon, yes. KJS will be supplanted by QScript / QtWebKit things. KDE WebKit 
will likely join the platform plugin work. so .. yes.. in addition we are also 
making good headway on standard dirs and localization :)
