Add ffmpegthumbnailer for video previews

Hello,
i have made a Review on the review board for a new video thumbnailer. Would
be
nice if someone could have a look on it. I made this because the
ffmpegthumbnailer is a very fast replacement for the mplayerthumbnailer.
