New KMix - now also with working PanelApplet

CVS from some minutes ago. I removed the applet as the restoration was
broken today and re-added it. I've disabled some channels and after that
the layout was wrong, namely that there was a lot of empty space around the
mixer (the applet width was not set to the correct size). As soon as I
moved the layout got even worse, many of the sliders disappeared. I had to
restart kicker in order to get back a normal looking mixer applet.
