Forgot to mention the changes in this version. Some of these are already 
backported to the version in unstable.

- Optimize navigation through empty folders
- Increase drag distance for better difference between click and flick actions
- Send Again context action in kmail
- Save As context action in kmail
- Optimize agenda view loading speed
- Work Offline context action in all apps
- Fix account list not updating on changes
