STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Settings/Themes/Default

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons and text are dark

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons and text should be on a grey background?

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

macOS: Ventura 13.6
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This may have been caused by an inadvertent key combination but I don't know
what I did :-(
Switching to different themes will give me visible text and icons but I rather
preferred the default.
I've tried using White Balance but that gives me the same issue.
Tried switching icon theme in preferences/miscellaneous/appearance but no
difference
