On my  macs (an old intel and an m1) I cannot reproduce this, of course, so it
must be something local. My old intel mac runs an even older version of macos,
10.14.

* Could you also test the latest nightly build?
* If you did test with a different user, it's unlikely to make a difference,
but  could you try resetting Krita's settings?  See
