[digikam] [Bug 451719] Camera list is empty

On my mac, digiKam appears in "Files and folders”, I added it manually to
“Accessibilty”, but that did not change anything.

For “Photos” one can’t add an app via the GUI, maybe through Terminal ? But
anyhow, I can hardly imagine how this could be the reason...
