[KDE/Mac] Build kde apps on mavericks for older systems

find old osx sdk from old xcode packages and use

-DCMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT=/path/to/old/sdk/MacOSX10.7.sdk/
-DCMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.7
