I've installed kdm 3.5.5 for etch.
After editing /etc/init.d/kdm to enable the "debug 255" option, I noticed that logins/passwords (entered by the user) are written to /var/log/kdm.log .
Is there some way to prevent it or should I have to simply chmod 600 that file?
By the way, should'nt that file's permissions set to 600 by default?

Thanks,

Keyser.
