Mine worked last time and I don't remember setting up anything to make
it do it, which begs this question, what if you are in a state that
doesn't do the time change? Some states over here don't do it from what
I hear.

I know this (reply) is not KDE specific but I was checking for Fedora
updates and this was <br>
one of them...<b>tzdata. </b>Do a "locate" on this and see if it is
installed and check for a config file?<br>

I don't know if this is a RH/Fedora specific package or a linux in
general package, but there <br>
is a <b>tzdata</b> package for managing timezone rules around the
world. <b>For Fedora users </b>living <br>
in locations already implementing DST this update is not needed. For
those living in areas <br>
<b>about to adopt</b> DST this update is recomended.<br>
